Ian Gaffney

Ian Gaffney is a highly experienced and successful manager, consultant and trainer. A specialist in business management systems analysis and installation he has worked for companies including Alexander Proudfoot and IBM, managing projects in countries such as the UK, South Africa, the USA and Kazakhstan. In these settings her role included policy writing and implementation, systems analysis, staffing restructuring, staff development and graduate recruitment and policy.

As an Account Manager with the Prison Service's National Procurement Unit Gina played a pivotal role in competitive tendering for Contracts across the Prison Estate in England and Wales and acquired skills crucial in her most recent post of Director of Custodial Services for a major drug teatment agency.

A problem solver and change manager, Gina is the consultancy's contracting and audit specialist 

Lynette Cole

Lynette Cole is a senior Human Resource professional with nineteen years generalist, specialist and consulting experience. Expert in providing support in employee relations, compensation, resourcing and career development, Lynette possesses a strong background in HR policy development and implementation, all aspects of management development training, coaching, mentoring, hiring and managing the development of professional and executive staff.  

Lynette has worked within the professional services environment, healthcare, information technology and most recently within the third sector.

Lynette is the consultancy's human resource specialist.

Doreen Huddart

Doreen Huddart is a Registered General and Psychiatric Nurse Tutor with extensive experience in the statutory, voluntary and private health sectors. Doreen has worked as a manager, educator, trainer and social care provider in all sectors including acute, long term and community care.

Specialising in mental health, social care, substance misuse and disenfranchised groups Doreen's particular skills lie in the establishment and development of Care Standards, Policy provision, Clinical management and Professional performance.

Doreen is the consultancy's residential and nursing care standards specialist.
